Nansemond River Cleanup
Constant's Wharf 100 E Constance Rd, SuffolkGrab your kayaks and join Keep Suffolk Beautiful for the Nansemond River Cleanup on September 27th! This annual regional event organized by Keep Suffolk Beautiful and the Izaak Walton League, is aimed at enhancing the health of our watershed. Volunteers will meet at Constant’s Wharf Park and Marina. Cleanup supplies will be provided at the site. Volunteers planning to participate by boat should bring their kayak or canoe. Long grabbers will be distributed to those using boats. Volunteers may also cleanup on shore. This is a pet-friendly event.
