Gloucester County’s Residential Household Harmful Waste Collection Day will be held from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. on Saturday, April 20 at the Hayes Convenience Center on Guinea Road. Gloucester residents may dispose of hazardous waste such as:

• Automobile hazardous waste: antifreeze, brake and transmission fluids, gasoline and batteries
• Painting supplies: paints, thinners, epoxy and wood preservatives
• Gardening/outdoor supplies: pesticides, herbicides, pool chemicals, etc.
• Household items: small propane canisters and propane tanks for grills, fire extinguishers, toxic household cleaners, drain cleaners, mercury, batteries, electronics, etc.
