Celebrate sustainability, creativity and America Recycles Day with Keep Norfolk Beautiful and Norfolk Public Library!

The 3rd Annual Upcycle Festival brings together environmental organizations, local artists and makers to showcase innovative ways to repurpose materials and reduce waste, including crafting and composting.

Attendees will participate in hands-on workshops, view upcycled art and explore a variety of ways to cut down on waste, conserve resources and create something new and meaningful by taking old materials found at home and creating something new and unique!

New this year – Clothing Swap! Bring a bag/box of clothing/footwear to drop off and “shop” around for new-to-you items.
